Clarity, not complexity

The useful parts of every dashboard, together.

Understand your spending

See current costs, trends, and projected monthly totals in plain language.

Keep an eye on your stack

See deployments, service health, limits, and connection status together.

Know what needs attention

Surface unusual changes, failed deployments, stale data, and approaching limits.

How it works

From scattered services to one clear story.

01

Connect providers securely

Use a dedicated OpenAI organization Admin API key or authorize Supabase and Vercel through their provider flows. Credentials stay server-side and encrypted.

02

Match resources to your apps

Organize imported OpenAI, Supabase, and Vercel projects around the products your customers recognize.

03

Understand everything in one view

See provider-reported costs and usage, deployments, infrastructure health, freshness, and reconciliation without translating provider jargon.

A visible security posture

Trust should be visible.

App Pane is being designed so you can understand what it reads, what it never touches, and when data is reported, calculated, delayed, or unavailable.

What is App Pane?+

App Pane is a calm dashboard for understanding the services behind the apps you build—starting with costs, usage, deployments, limits, and health.

Who is it for?+

Independent developers and small software teams who want clarity without adopting an enterprise FinOps or observability platform.

Which services does it support first?+

The private alpha includes real OpenAI Platform, Supabase, and Vercel integrations. Vercel connects through its installation flow for authorized projects, deployments, and available provider-reported billing data.

Does App Pane read my source code?+

No. Source code is outside the planned data boundary.

Does it read my prompts or database records?+

No. App Pane is designed around service metadata and totals, not OpenAI prompts, responses, or rows in your application database.

Is this for consumer ChatGPT subscriptions?+

No. OpenAI Platform is the developer API service and is billed separately from ChatGPT. App Pane does not track ChatGPT subscriptions, conversations, or message limits.

How does OpenAI connect?+

An authorized workspace admin submits a dedicated OpenAI organization Admin API key. App Pane encrypts it before storage and uses it server-side only for organization metadata, usage, and cost reads. The OpenAI credential itself is powerful, so it should be dedicated, expiring where possible, and revoked when disconnected.

Your stack. One pane.

See your OpenAI, Supabase, and Vercel usage clearly.

The private alpha connects all three providers with explicit data boundaries and honest capability labels.
