Privacy-conscious by default.
This private-alpha notice explains the product’s current data boundaries. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.
Account information
App Pane uses Supabase authentication information such as your email address, display name, avatar URL, authentication provider, profile preference, workspace membership, and security events needed to operate your account.
Provider data
When you connect OpenAI Platform, App Pane imports organization/project metadata, safe API-key metadata, usage totals, token/request/model breakdowns, and provider-reported cost records. Supabase authorization imports organization and project metadata, infrastructure health, and available analytics usage totals. Vercel authorization imports account/team and project metadata, recent deployment status, and available provider-reported billing charges and usage quantities. Provider credentials are encrypted before storage, and demo figures remain deterministic and visibly separate from live data.
Information outside the product boundary
App Pane does not collect ChatGPT subscriptions or conversations, source code, AI prompts or responses, uploaded file content, rows from your application databases, provider environment-variable values, or deployment-log contents. It does not include session replay or advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting removes the encrypted provider credential immediately and preserves normalized history and mappings. Owner-only connection deletion and account deletion follow the documented retention schedule; immutable secret-free audit records may be retained longer. Operational backups follow the underlying providers’ schedules.
Service providers
App Pane relies on GitHub for source control, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database services, and OpenAI only when a workspace connects its Platform organization. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their infrastructure.
